Real Estate Initiatives

The partnership with an English Family Officer has opened the doors to this new initiative, in the field of the territory (smart cities) and real estate.

Active participation in the ITS project for the revaluation of Italian villages stems from the skills in the Project Management area, to look after relations between British investors (through the Family Officer) and the Italian municipalities (villages) identified, in order to:
• purchase of buildings and premises to be revalued
• restructuring actions
• development of collateral services
• coordination of the local companies involved in the project

The sale of high-quality properties (in Italy and abroad) located throughout Italy thanks to partnerships with major real estate companies.
